Acai & Anti-aging - Researchers Say Acai Can Help You Age Slower

Some parts of the world are so prone to heart burn and death through heart ailments, some of the world’s famous food researchers have noticed. It’s the why behind it that’s new not this information. Based on research, hundreds of years ago when Europe made contact with people from the New World, meaning civilization, a lot of these native tribes dwindled in number until they became extinct as they suffered diseases brought by this new breed of people. It’s only in the northern population of the Amazon, the world’s largest rain forest, where indigenous tribes thrived and still exist until this day. A berrylike palm fruit called acai is found in great numbers in that part of the Great Amazon.

Acai berry has risen from its humble beginnings of being a native antidote to the world’s super food, as it was described by the world-famous anti-aging expert, Dr. Nicholas Perricone, in his Oprah’s choice book The Perricone Promises since the discovery of its being a mighty food supplement with rich content of anti-oxidants, amino acids, and healthy fatty acids. Having an anti-oxidant level that trampled other fruit varieties in ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity), açaí juice can flush down a maximum number of toxins from your system. It also protects your system from radical cells that may hasten aging and cause cancer and other fatal diseases. Not just to whiten or make your skin supple like glutathione, this too alone can boost your self-esteem, your sexuality, and even performance during sexual encounters. As a plus factor, good anti-oxidants also support the retina for visual acuity and helps fight off eye diseases like glaucoma.

To give you an empowered immune system, the acai berry also has good quality fatty acids that help your cells in their functions and aid in transferring nutrients from food to your cells. Proper absorption of vitamins K, E, D, and A in your system can also be done by these fatty acids.

That super food acai berry with its tiny size that’s smaller than a blueberry is powerfully packed with proteins and amino acids. Its proteins don’t cause bad cholesterol build-up since they are the same components of vegetable proteins, not animals. On the other hand, its high amino acid content is what makes health bars and fitness centers in Brazil and now in the US crave for acai berry health drinks and food supplements simply because it tones muscles and enhances physical strength and endurance.

There’s a reason why acai berry has to be out there in the world market. The riverbanks of the wild Amazon river is not the only place for it to stay.
